After we receive and accept your return, the average time for a refund is between 48 hours and 7 days. The refund will be made via the payment method used to pay for your order or by creating a privilege code if you wish. If you return your entire order, the shipping costs billed to you will also be refunded.

We recommend that you do not apply any styling products on your accessories in order not to alter their quality. To clean your items made of acetate, you can use a slightly damp cloth. If the product contains leather parts, please refer to a professional specializing in leather articles.
Alexandre de Paris products are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase. We also repair products that have been purchased more than a year earlier. For repairs, please send a check for € 15 made out to Bailly Creations.
